Senior Data Scientist

We're looking for a curious, solution-driven Senior Data Scientist to join our Core AI Team in the CTO Office, where we steer AI and data innovation across the company. With 2+ billion data points collected daily, you'll have an enormous playground to build, experiment, and deploy advanced models that solve critical problems. Working alongside a team of experienced data professionals and software engineers, you'll contribute to turning raw data into intelligent solutions that transform the construction industry.

Your contributions will be vital to our AI strategy, enhancing the ways we leverage data to facilitate effective decision-making. Whether you prefer working from one of our hubs in Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus, or Aalborg, or remotely from anywhere in Denmark, we offer a flexible setup designed for innovation. Who are you ideally?

• You have a couple of years of experience in applying data science and analytics techniques to solve product or business problems.
• You have proficient programming skills in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• You have experience working with SQL, cloud platforms, and big data frameworks (Spark, etc.).
• With a blend of curiosity and creativity, you devise solutions that are applicable in real-life contexts.
• Experience with Generative AI is a plus.

Primary responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions for Trackunit's platform and software products.
• Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics to solve real world business challenges for our customers.
• Work with large-scale datasets to generate insights and detect anomalies for fleet optimization.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and integrate data solutions into our applications.
