Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead both customer and internal projects. Your primary role will be steering ERP projects to success, ensuring they meet client goals while nurturing positive stakeholder relationships. Your future tasks include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to budget and resource allocations. Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to achieve project objectives within defined timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during ERP system implementations. Identify potential risks and barriers to change, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.
  • International Project Management: Navigate the complexities of international projects, including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and logistical considerations. Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks related to project execution, including time registration approval (TimeLog) to ensure accurate invoicing of customers. Oversee project finances, tracking expenses, and resource utilization to maintain project profitability and budget compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, methodologies, and tools. Leverage feedback and lessons learned to refine project delivery practices and enhance overall efficiency.

Who you (might) be:

  • You hold a PRINCE2 certification or similar project management education.
  • You have proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects (app. 3-5 years).
  • You can demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies, potentially from former consulting roles.
  • You have experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics.
  • You might even have experience working with Azure DevOps.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in English.
  • You have strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand our customers' businesses.
