Our Recurring Revenue team is looking to add a passionate Business Analyst to have an important part in ensuring the growth of our portfolio by assessing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our solutions align with our customers' goals. You will work closely with a team of product managers and commercial managers to build and continuously improve products and commercial processes within the strategically important recurring revenue area.
In this role, you will have impact on 3Shape's long-term success by doing
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and evaluate business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations within and beyond our SaaS platform in close collaboration with core stakeholders across IT, Finance, Customer Success, Customer Care, Marketing and Sales
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our SaaS offerings.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support decision-making and product development.
- User Stories & Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and other documentation to clearly communicate requirements to the development team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track OKRs, project progress, and other metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
Your qualifications probably fit the bill if you have
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a commercial focus in the intersection of business and technology and within an agile development setup.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI) and experience with data analysis and business process mapping
- Analytical Mindset: Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail - Excel proficiency is a given
- Communication: Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable PowerPoint slides and visuals
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering high quality user experiences.
- Collaboration: A structured, yet pragmatic mindset combined with effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A background in management consulting would be an added benefit
You will join a team newly established and ambitious Recurring Revenue team in our Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success organization and be a core part of 3Shape's growth journey. You are expected to assist us shape processes and reach out for responsibility where required – in turn, the right candidate will be rewarded with high impact, lots of responsibility and significant autonomy to create results.
