Du bliver en del af et fantastisk team
I denne nyoprettede stilling bliver du en del af 'People & Culture' i Elnetselskabet N1, som består af tre teams:'People & Culture', 'Communications, Media Relations & Brand' og 'Workplace Experience'. Dit nærmeste team består af i alt ni dedikerede og erfarne kolleger, der alle stræber efter at skabe den bedste arbejdsplads.

Vi er hinandens bedste sparringspartnere og udvikler os og lærer af hinanden dagligt. Fra dag ét vil du møde imødekommende og venlige kolleger, som trods mange opgaver tager sig tid til at lære dig at kende og hjælpe dig i gang.

Din arbejdsplads kan være enten Esbjerg eller Silkeborg, men du skal regne med minimum to dage om ugen på vores hovedlokation i Esbjerg. Du vil have rig mulighed for selv at tilrettelægge din hverdag, så den passer til dig; ligesom det naturligvis også er muligt med hjemmearbejdsdage.

Du løser et bredt udvalg af spændende HR-opgaver, i samarbejde med vores ledere
Du vil hurtigt blive et kendt ansigt blandt vores ledere på alle ledelsesniveauer, og du vil derfor også opleve en hverdag med en række varierende opgaver.

Du vil sammen med det øvrige team af konsulenter få ansvaret for disse to hovedområder:

  • Rekruttering, hvor du faciliterer hele rekrutteringsprocessen i samarbejde med rekrutterende leder
  • Ledersparring, hvor du skal rådgive og spare med organisationens ledere om alle HR-relaterede forhold, herunder konkrete personalesager og juridiske problemstillinger

Disse to områder udgør en væsentlig del af dit arbejde, men ikke det hele. Omfanget varierer afhængigt af mængden af andre opgaver eller projekter, som du er en del af. Derudover vil du arbejde med projekter indenfor HR;

  • Deltagelse i diverse HR-opgaver og projekter, hvor du får mulighed for at anvende din faglighed og sætte dit personlige præg

Du får rig mulighed for at præge den kommende People & Culture-strategi, som skal fastlægges i 2. halvår af 2024. Vi har mange ideer og stor frihed til at prøve dem af, så vi leder efter dig, der ikke er bange for at udfordre status quo, og sammen med hele teamet arbejde på en implementering af strategien og fortsat udvikling af vores kompetente og bredt favnende HR-funktion.

Du har opbygget en stærk HR-kompetence og har gerne erfaring inden for rekruttering. Du er en dygtig sparringspartner og kan operere succesfuldt i krydsfeltet mellem forretning og HR.

Du ved, at kommunikation er afgørende i din rolle, og du fokuserer på dine mål med et åbent sind. Sidst, men ikke mindst, bidrager du med positiv energi, struktur og fleksibilitet og ønsker at dele viden og lære af andre.
