Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Research Analyst to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. This role offers extensive opportunities to engage in cutting-edge renewable energy research, develop advanced analytical models, and expand your expertise as part of an agile, international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct both primary and secondary research focusing on the global Wind and Power-to-X (PtX) markets.
  • Develop analytical models to forecast market trends and analyze the Wind and PtX value chain.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in data quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for publication.
  • Support client consulting engagements by providing expertise in renewable energy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and policy changes.
  • Represent Brinckmann at conferences and industry events, helping to grow both personal and organizational networks.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for renewable energy and a strong research mindset. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to derive meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Have professional knowledge of the wind energy industry, ideally with some direct experience (a minimum of 2 years is desirable but not required).
  • Be skilled in organizing and analyzing data for insights, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word). Knowledge of other data processing and analysis tools, including AI, is valued.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, producing reports and presentations suited to different audiences.
  • Be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively under deadlines in a professional environment.
  • Bring curiosity, adaptability, and integrity to the role, ensuring client and company interests remain the priority.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and networking skills.
