YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing complex, critical projects that drive the development of cutting-edge communication systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, manage resources, and ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Additionally, you will be pivotal in the planning, execution, and optimization of our project management processes.

  • You will lead the definition of project scope, success criteria, and objectives for critical projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. You will develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, while managing resources, addressing critical challenges, and mitigating risks.
  • You will take ownership of identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will continuously evaluate and optimize project processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project delivery.
  • You will develop and execute integration, verification, validation, and qualification plans, including test case development and execution, to ensure our products meet customer expectations, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • You will maintain and oversee all project documentation, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting to executive management. You will provide regular updates on project progress and conduct thorough reviews to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • You will oversee the installation and configuration of software and hardware components, ensuring successful deployment and operational readiness.
  • You will lead and manage diverse project teams, including external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably more.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading critical cutting-edge technology projects, ideally within high-tech environments.
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
  • You possess a solid understanding of Linux/Windows OS and strong networking skills.
  • You take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, just as you thrive on working independently.
  • You also enjoy working closely with your colleagues within an agile software development environment.

You live within commuting distance of Aarhus, and you speak and write Danish and English fluently. You have a clean criminal record and you are a Danish citizen or you have lived in Denmark for at least the last 7 years.
