We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with 4-7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing master data within the SAP system, and supporting data quality initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work effectively across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Master Data integrity in the SAP system and implement processes to maintain high data quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Provide assistance in resolving data quality issues using error detection and correction techniques, process control, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Upload, manage, and maintain material master data in SAP.
  • Maintain a 24-48 hour turnaround time for all incoming master data requests.
  • Coordinate urgent requests, ensuring quick and agile responses.
  • Perform data cleansing, audits, and validation to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and Material Master.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and business processes in an SAP ERP environment.
  • Experience in managing master data in a global supply chain setup.
  • Ability to identify and offer multiple solution options for complex data requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in project management teams within a supply chain or global cross-functional environment is a plus.
