The position
As a Senior Production Finance Partner, you will join a team of 15 colleagues working within finance, procurement, compliance and investments. In this role, together with other colleagues, you will be responsible for production accounting at AM level and engage with stakeholders in the 8 AM sites located across the globe.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Drive all production accounting related finance processes which include budgets, month end and yearly end activities.
2. Optimize and standardize production accounting processes and financial related master data setup in SAP.
3. Provide production accounting support and training to employees across our sites.
4. Recommend and implement the setup for financial related master data for new sites or new situations.
5. Lead, participate and support projects across sites.

Moreover, you will be tasked with leveraging production accounting data to generate actionable insights that drive business optimizations, while acting as a trusted and valuable partner within the AM Finance organization and global stakeholders. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

1. An Academic Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant academic degree.
2. At least 5 years of experience in production finance, experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage.
3. Knowledge of production accounting which covers inventory adjustments, production variances, purchase price variances, inventory and standard costing.
4. Experience with SAP CO and knowledge of different master data's financial impact.
5. Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure.
6. Professional proficiency in English.

About the department
AM Finance, Investments & Procurement (FIP) is a part of AM Business Development & Support, located in Bagsværd – an international and high-performing department, consisting of ~70 people from approximately 20 countries. AM FIP team is responsible for driving resource allocation, creating insights and proposing actions based on data. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity and expanding our global production network across AM.
