About the Role:

As a Finance BI Analyst at GlobalConnect, you will be at the heart of our financial data operations. You will design, develop, and maintain robust financial models and reporting mechanisms that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will focus on P&L, Cash Flow, Capex, Projects, Sales, and related KPIs. You will also implement and optimize front-end reporting solutions using tools such as PowerBI to create dynamic and interactive financial dashboards.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define financial data requirements, ensuring reports are aligned with strategic targets, and providing value-added analysis to stakeholders. You will also evaluate and ensure the integrity of master data within BI platforms and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust financial models and reporting mechanisms.
  • Implement and optimize front-end reporting solutions.
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of master data within BI platforms and Systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define financial data requirements.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
To Succeed We Think You Need:
  • Understanding of financial dataflow and processes, such as P&L and Cashflow.
  • Experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Some experience in coordination and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ETL processes, and quickly understand interconnected systems.
