We are seeking a dynamic and experienced internal and change communications professional to join our global communication team in a pivotal role that combines senior stakeholder management, project responsibility, and change communications.

This role requires excellent advisory and presentation skills, and the ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder who is curious about the business and people and able to remain calm under pressure.

About the job

As a key member of Falck's global Communications, Branding & Sustainability team, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leadership communication: You will be responsible for planning and executing communication in connection with our quarterly and annual financial results. You will also orchestrate our virtual leadership meetings and be heavily involved in making our annual physical leadership summit a success.
2. Strategic internal communication: You will lead our internal communication of strategic topics such as our group strategy, our purpose, and our Winning Behaviours, and you will develop and drive our internal communications overview that forms basis for our annual activities plan.
3. Change management/communications advisory: You will provide tailored advice and change communications support to strategic projects, global functions, and business units. You will also make sure that our change communications toolbox is being applied and kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
4. Community facilitation: You will be instrumental in driving and developing our global communications community, focusing on knowledge sharing and alignment on global concepts and strategic agendas and messaging.
5. Cultural integration projects: You will support cultural integration initiatives across the organization.

About you

To be the perfect match for this position you:

1. have +5 years' experience with internal and change communications.
2. are able to provide sound communications and change management advice and guidance to our customers and apply and develop our global change management toolbox.
3. can span over setting strategic context, establish plans, and execute.
4. have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of effectively working with top management.
5. have experience in successfully driving communities and project teams. This is not a people manager role, but there will be plenty of informal leadership, for example through heading up project teams.
6. preferably also have experience with internal event planning and management.
