Drive meaningful change

As our Global Clinical Analyst, you will take responsibility for tracking and analysing new product launches in the European Parallel Import (PI) market, providing strategic insights into original manufacturers' pipelines, both generic and non-generic. Your role will involve evaluating potential risks and impacts on our portfolio while identifying first-mover opportunities for major blockbuster launches. Additionally, you will ensure that critical insights are effectively communicated to key stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions.

As a part of the newly established Global Trading & Market Events department, you will play a key role in shaping workflows, defining analytical methods, and optimizing processes to maximize market insights and decision-making effectiveness.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Track and analyze upcoming product launches across European markets, focusing on both generic and non-generic pharmaceuticals.
  • Assess their impact on our portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of insights to stakeholders within Pharma Trading.
  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches while balancing risks and rewards.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the PI market.
  • Maintain an organized overview of product pipelines and provide regular reports to colleagues.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a field related to the Pharmaceutical Industry or Business Administration.

We imagine you have:

  • A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly the European PI market.
  • 1-2 years of experience analysing market trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • The ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate market trends and seize opportunities.
  • Strong self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thorough analysis.
