What does the work consist of?

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations Specialist who can be in charge of our daily Revenue Operations together with our CFO.

Your responsibilities will be:

  1. Building a Revenue Operations function
  2. Leading and developing the revenue forecasts and models
  3. Monitoring revenue performance against targets and making necessary adjustments
  4. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, data models, and data visualizations to provide key business insights to stakeholders
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to use data for decision-making, aligning insights with business objectives
  6. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve performance
  7. Establish and track KPIs, creating frameworks for measuring business performance and growth
  8. Conduct deep-dive analyses into key business challenges, providing data-backed recommendations to improve outcomes
  9. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex data in an accessible format

What qualifications do you need?

We are looking for a person who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious and enthusiastic team.

  • Have a strong background in Sales or Revenue Operations and preferably Data Analytics, with experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Shuffle between hands-on tasks while setting the direction for the function and building towards that goal
  • Have proven ability to establish and track KPIs, align data insights with business objectives, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills, acting as a partner to teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to translate insights into actions
  • Be comfortable with a scaling and fast-paced environment, where adaptability and initiative are key
  • Be professionally proficient in English, with excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Reside in, or close to, Copenhagen, as the role is based in our office in Nordhavnen
