Rollen som Senior Project Manager

Som vores nye Senior Project Manager, vil du få en central rolle, i at lede komplekse projekter for vores kunder på tværs af forskellige brancher. Du vil stå i spidsen for at sikre den gode relation ud mod kunden og være ansvarlig for at tage de større beslutninger. Vi forventer ligeledes, at du vil deltage i pre-sales aktiviteter og være med til at spotte nye muligheder i markedet.

Din rolle vil også omfatte at være mentor for de øvrige Project Managers i teamet, guide dem gennem komplekse udfordringer og styrke deres kompetencer inden for projektledelse. Du vil fungere som en nøgleperson i at skabe og fastholde stærke relationer med senior stakeholders, samt aktivt engagere dig i organisatorisk forandringsledelse og forretningsudvikling. Med din ekspertise inden for forhandling og procesoptimering, vil du spille en essentiel rolle i at sikre, at vores projekter ikke blot lever op til, men også overstiger kundens forventninger og behov.

Vi leder efter en erfaren projektleder med en solid track record. Vi ser gerne, at du er en strategisk tænker, som trives i en rolle, hvor du kan påvirke, lede og udvikle. Du har stærke kommunikationsevner på dansk og på engelskog kan engagere dig på tværs af forskellige niveauer i organisationen. For at få succes i rollen ser vi gerne, at du har arbejdet som ekstern konsulent og har erfaring med ERP eller CRM-projekter.
