We are looking for a skilled Ruby DevOps Fullstack developer for our client, Quickpay, to join their dynamic team in Aarhus. Quickpay is a part of European leading fintech company Unzer group, which make payment magic happen for over 37,000 European webshops, holding licenses that cover the entire continent When joining the team you will be leaving a mark on the payment industry, all while contributing to the excitement of Unzer's unified commerce platform, where managing data becomes a real-time adventure.

About the position

The position involves developing and implementing front-end features for the Quickpay customer-facing product using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Additionally, you will build and enhance back-end functionalities for Unzer apps using Ruby. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define and finalize the features being developed. You will stay on the cutting edge of the latest technologies and work closely with other engineers to ensure high-quality development.

You will be joining agile and cross-functional teams consisting of experienced developers, a product manager, and QA engineers. They value cooperation and self-organization and work together to give shape to the central part of Unzer's next generation payment processing platform, with a focus on alternative payment methods (APMs) and credit card payments (in PCI DSS scope).

We believe that you:

  • Have minimum a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working with Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Probably have minimum 3 years of Ruby development experience or similar coding languages.
  • Have knowledge of AWS, Ruby, Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Are eager to bring solutions proactively and take ownership of your work.
  • Are fluent in English and can convey your ideas efficiently.
