At Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we're all about driving growth and maximizing profitability through strategic pricing. We're looking for a talented Business & Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Trade team. In this role, you'll work closely with key stakeholders across various departments, including Category, Retail, Finance, and Franchise teams and together with the Pricing & Analytics team, you will develop and implement innovative pricing models that ensure we always display the optimal price—both in-store and online.

What You'll Do:

  • Pricing Optimization: Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies to enhance profitability across multiple markets and channels.
  • Governance & Communication: Manage the governance of price changes and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Market Expansion: Partner with our Franchise team and local partners to maintain competitive pricing as we expand into new markets.
  • Margin Protection: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and prevent margin leakage across product categories.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the sell-through for campaign products, optimizing profitability, inventory turnover, and cash flow.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: A master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within pricing or retail.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent Excel skills are a must, as is the ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles and a bias towards data-driven decision-making are crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in pricing models, reports, and analysis.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and internal dynamics. Flexibility and the willingness to learn and grow in our fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus Skills: While not required, coding skills (such as SQL, Python, or R) are a plus.
