Schibsted Marketing Services söker nu en Senior Programmatic Manager med djup teknisk expertis och omfattande erfarenhet av avancerad annonsteknik och programmatiska plattformar som Google AdManager, Xandr, Amazon och Adform. I denna nyckelroll kommer du att vara en strategisk teknisk nyckelspelare, ansvarig för att utveckla och säkerställa att våra tekniska lösningar och strategier ligger i absolut framkant på marknaden.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:
Fungera som senior teknisk expert för vår programmatiska strategi, med särskilt fokus på avancerade partners som Google AdManager, Xandr, Amazon och Adform.

  • Driva och leda komplexa tekniska diskussioner och strategiska beslut kring programmatiska lösningar och annonseringsstrategier, både internt och externt, med en förväntan att hantera de mest utmanande frågorna.
  • Ansvara för implementering och optimering av våra programmatiska verktyg och plattformar, med målet att maximera effektivitet, innovation och resultat.
  • Samarbeta nära med säljavdelningen för att identifiera och integrera tekniska lösningar som stärker och driver den programmatiska försäljningen framåt.
  • Säkerställa att våra programmatiska erbjudanden är tekniskt avancerade, marknadsanpassade och framtidssäkrade, med en förväntan att ständigt överträffa marknadens standarder.
  • Utbilda, coacha och inspirera teamet samt andra avdelningar i avancerade frågor som rör programmatiska köp, teknisk utveckling och digitala marknadsinnovationer.
  • Aktivt bidra till utvecklingen av nya affärskoncept och tekniska samarbeten med olika stakeholders inom och utanför organisationen.
  • Analysera och följa upp köpsätt, budgivningsstrategier och tekniska plattformar för att rekommendera och implementera strategiska förbättringar och tekniska innovationer.
  • Hålla dig uppdaterad om de senaste trenderna och teknologierna inom programmatic och annonsteknik, med en förväntan att proaktivt driva Schibsted till att förbli en ledande och innovativ aktör på marknaden.
  • Bidra med strategiska insikter och tekniska ledarskap för att driva automatiserade köp och tekniska processer till nästa nivå.

Vem är du?

  • Vi tror att du har minst fem års erfarenhet av programmatiska köp, gärna från mediebyrå, publicist eller kundsidan, med en stark teknisk bakgrund och förmåga att navigera i komplexa tekniska miljöer.
  • Djup kunskap och erfarenhet av att arbeta med plattformar som Google AdManager, Xandr, Amazon och Adform, och en förmåga att hantera avancerade tekniska utmaningar.
  • En förmåga att leda och leverera i en komplex och snabbföränderlig teknisk miljö med många kontaktytor, både internt och externt.
  • Utmärkta kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift, för att kunna kommunicera tekniska frågor och strategier på ett klart och övertygande sätt.
  • Ett starkt intresse för och djup förståelse av annonsteknik och digital marknadsföring, kombinerat med en analytisk och lösningsorienterad inställning.
  • En positiv, pragmatisk och samarbetsvillig attityd till förändringar och utmaningar, med förmågan att driva komplexa projekt framåt i en dynamisk bransch.
