University of Copenhagen seeks a postdoc to quantify microbial traits from metagenomes and develop a microbial-explcit version of the dynamic vegetation model LPJ-GUESS. You will work within the VOLT Center with ecologists, biogeochemists and ecosystem modelers.
The candidate should have a PhD in computational biology or related fields, with strong background in environmental microbial ecology, bioinformatics, statistics and programming in R/Python.
