Your key responsibilities
The tasks in the position are many and varied, and will among other things include:

  1. Negotiate and optimize efficient packaging solutions in collaboration with our Supply Chain Team.
  2. Collaborate with our stakeholders to develop and implement supplier – and procurement strategies within assigned categories.
  3. Secure competitive prices and volume growth.
  4. Build competitive global supplier base.
  5. Spend time abroad with our 4 Nordic partners' category organizations to gain national insights.
  6. Develop and maintain Product and Price Lists (PPLs).
  7. Organize inspiration days and align on competitive assortments.
  8. Conduct analyses focused on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) within own categories.
  9. Focus on understanding and enhancing sustainability.
  10. Utilize existing Procurement tools and actively contribute to their improvement.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  1. Are data-driven with 3-5 years of purchasing experience.
  2. Are experienced in project management and stakeholder management.
  3. Have knowledge and understanding of the importance of packaging and logistics.
  4. Have experience in Nordic retail business is an advantage.
  5. Have strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
  6. Have good knowledge and understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) is an advantage.
  7. Are fluent in English both orally and written (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus).
  8. Are a proficient user of the Office package (Microsoft Office).
