The position
As IT QA Professional, you will become part of a fantastic QA Finished Products (FPM) project team, with a great working environment that values team spirit and empowerment. Along with the team, you will have the responsibility of QA review and oversight of several types of documents related to validation and qualification.

Furthermore, you will ensure quality and compliance with the current GMP rules and guidelines. QA is a major player at internal audits and external authority inspections; here you are expected to participate and present data when needed.

The position offers a lot of freedom in planning your daily tasks, as well as occasionally working from home when it fits into operations at the facility and peers in the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our products and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work with stakeholders to document requirements and acceptance criteria, develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Participate in performing functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulations throughout our local organization.

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in QA, with a focus on automation and AI.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, databases, and operating systems.
• Experience with GMP guidelines and regulations, and a good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

About the department
Our Quality Assurance department consists of 20 dedicated employees responsible for assuring quality and compliance of FP operations and investment projects.
