About Process Engineering: Our activities include the development and review of projects, such as the preparation and analysis of process flowcharts (P&IDs), following pharmaceutical norms and standards. We also work in the dimensioning of production lines, specification of equipment, definition of piping models, and execution of related calculations, ensuring that the commissioning and validation phase and subsequent operation occur efficiently and without setbacks.

We perform capacity calculations, mass and energy balances, as well as the development of technical specifications.

We work with various essential equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, such as bioreactors and fermenters, pumps, heat exchangers, and utility generation systems (such as purified water and clean steam), always with a multidisciplinary interface, collaborating with areas such as mechanics, electrical, and automation. We need to ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory standards.
