You will work directly with the Head of Operational Excellence and your main objective will be mapping our operational processes and creating a new process library.
You will have much freedom in your choice of tools and approach; the key goal is to take our process mapping to the next level, and the right candidate will have a large influence on our operations through continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Capture and document current processes
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
  • Facilitate workshops on process improvements
  • Facilitate the adoption of new processes or changes within the organization
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations during process changes
  • Assist in building and expanding our process library

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of process mapping experience or more
  • Experienced in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Minitab)
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills required in both one Nordic language and English (spoken and written)
  • Process management and continuous improvement skills
  • The ability to plan and work independently towards set goals
  • Willing to travel around the Nordics – 10-20 days per year
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making in process enhancements

Qualifications that are desirable:

  • Previous experience within the logistics or supply chain industry
  • ISO/Compliance experience
  • Master Black Belt or aiming to get certified as one
  • Change management
