- Internal training of KAM teams and other relevant employees on company standards and key Responsible Business initiatives.
- Representing Spectre in sustainability networks such as European Outdoor Group (EOG), Cascale, Dansk Mode & Textil (Danish Fashion & Textile), and more.
- Staying up to date on key international sustainability publications, industry reports, and best practices.

- A passion for sustainability and some years of strategic experience within the field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and systematic approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written; Danish is an advantage.
- A self-driven, proactive, and independent work ethic.
- Willingness to travel regularly, particularly to Vietnam, with the possibility to live in Vietnam for a period of time if desired.
