We are looking for a Procurement & Contract Manager to ensure successful delivery of all contract-related activities for the T&I package for one of our offshore wind farms in Europe or the Far East.

The Contract Manager is responsible for managing all procurement and contract management activities related to the T&I package, supporting the procurement strategy and associated activities aligned with the project execution plan.

You will be an integrated part of the package team, driving the procurement and contracting responsibilities.

The Contract Manager will be self-driven, team-oriented, and possess sound experience in project procurement and all project delivery phases.

Description of the position, key responsibilities, and tasks:
  • Run the procurement and contracting process ensuring best practices are used across our projects, demonstrating consistent experience for our stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate the procurement management plan and procurement strategy for the T&I package.
  • Prepare a detailed procurement plan, inclusive of time schedule, sourcing, and contract strategy.
  • Manage commercial contract procedures and deliverables and participate in key contractual events.
  • Manage negotiations with suppliers.
  • Perform commercial management of contracts during execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in contracts for the organization.
Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who ideally holds the following qualifications:

  • Relevant technical, legal, or commercial education at Master or Bachelor level.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore/onshore wind industry with T&I package experience.
  • Strong offshore wind industry network and ability to secure new networking and influence change in the renewable energy and offshore wind sector.
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly between different stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple work streams running in parallel.
