Vi har rygende travlt og søger en Sourcing Manager til at udvide vores sourcing-/rekrutteringsteam. Sammen med Danna, Johnny og Louise (på barsel) og vores salgsteam skal du hjælpe med at finde dygtige freelance IT-konsulenter, der matcher de spændende opgaver hos vores kunder.

  9. Sprogligt begavet – skrift og tale – dansk og engelsk
Opgaver:

Alle dage er forskellige, men opgaver du kan være helt sikker på, at vi aldrig løber tør for er:

  1. Match mellem opgave og konsulent
  2. Sparringspartner til kunde og sælger
  3. Interviews og afdækning af mulige konsulenter
  4. Oprettelse af konsulenter i vores database
  5. Hands-on CV sparring med konsulenter
  6. Scouting af konsulenter til basen
  7. Udfærdigelse af CV og konsulentbeskrivelser til kunder
  8. Deltagelse / tovholder af events, kurser, netværk m.m.
  9. Forbedring af datakvalitet

Vi foretrækker, at du har erfaring som sourcer / rekrutteringskonsulent indenfor IT-branchen.
