About Aeven's Hybrid Platform Operations

Aeven's Hybrid Platform Operations area is at the forefront of operating and developing Aeven hybrid cloud platforms (public and private). The platforms are central to facilitate Aeven's growth journey capturing both traditional legacy IT infrastructure and agile public cloud IT development business.

The Hybrid Platform Operations area is seeking a dynamic Lead to join our Platform Transformation team. As part of an area with dedicated specialists and architects, you will collaborate toward a shared goal of creating tangible business value.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain Aeven Platform transformation efforts, including migrating from legacy platforms to target platforms, implementing new platform solutions, and back-up system migration. You will steer and oversee this agenda through collaborative engagement with our business, customers, and partners. As such, building strong relationships, gaining credibility, and engaging with all products and business units are crucial aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development of the Hybrid Platform strategy.
2. Lead platform program management efforts including technical implementation of new platform solutions and facilitate change management efforts.
3. Effectively manage program resources, including both business and IT specialists.
4. Oversee relationships with digital partners and suppliers, from strategic selection to ongoing dialogue and negotiations.
5. Independently manage related projects within the program.
6. Analyze and optimize processes within systems and solutions.
7. Provide program reporting to the Leadership Team and Steering Committee.
8. Engage in stakeholder communication throughout project preparation, implementation, and initiation.
9. Collaborate with functions across Aeven to ensure alignment with our common strategic direction.
10. Work in coordination with local entities at both the management and employee levels.

Requirements

1. A relevant master's or bachelor's degree, preferably supplemented with program/project management qualifications.
2. A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a large infrastructure enterprise.
3. Proven experience in program or project management, with a focus on infrastructure and hybrid cloud.
4. Strong knowledge of cloud platform and hypervisor technologies.
5. Ability to analyze complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey solutions at all organizational levels.
7. Practical experience in identifying and optimizing workflows and processes.
8. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
9. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for managing large-scale Agile projects.
10. Experience with DevOps practices and tools to enhance software development and deployment.
11. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
