We – Maersk Projects Logistics - are now recruiting for a Customer Solutions Engineer for our Growth team. The position can be located in Aarhus or Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. As Customer Solutions Engineer in Maersk Project Logistics (MPL), you will be part of a winning team with high growth ambitions within our area of responsibility (Aid & Relief and Government & Defense).
  2. You'll be working closely with Growth to address the customer's requirements with cost-effective, high-quality end-to-end logistics solutions that can be effectively implemented and executed.
  3. As a customer advocate, ensure customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
  4. Manage the Allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on their commitments.
  5. Manage the tender handling process and coordinate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to the customers.
  6. Cover all transport modes (sea, air, road, rail, charter) with support and knowledge-sharing from your colleagues.
  7. You will develop and prepare new logistics concepts and value propositions based on identified best technical and organizational solutions.

The strong candidate has:

  1. Relevant experience from freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or similar. Experience within Aid & Relief or Government & Defense is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  2. Experience with crosstrade and incoterms.
  3. Experience in account management.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written in English.
  5. A collaborative mindset with a "can do" attitude.
  6. Commercial knowledge and interest.
  7. Relationship building skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders.
  8. High-level logistics product understanding, including how it solves different customer pains.
