What will you do?

As our new Treasury Specialist, you will manage loans, financial risks, and hedging strategies, ensuring compliance with loan agreements and regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external institutions to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. Additionally, you'll provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.

Your main tasks include:

• Finance and Loan Administration: Manage loans, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and coordination with legal and financial teams.
• Risk Management: Analyze financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
• Hedge Administration: Oversee hedge programs, ensuring compliance with accounting standards with our Core Finance team and managing risk exposure.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on financial activities, risks, and trends for senior management and stakeholders.
• Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations and collaborate with auditors during reviews and audits.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive profile, who can manage complex financial transactions, analyze and mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and provide insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or professional certifications like CFA, CTP preferred).
• Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or risk management, with expertise in loan administration, hedging, and financial risk management.
• Experience with relevant regulatory and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
• Additional Skills: Strong understanding of financial risks, loan management, and hedging strategies.
