Co-Founder

PILLAR is an AI-powered relocation platform that simplifies international employee relocation by automating bureaucracy, housing, and essential services. Our mission is to eliminate the stress of relocation for both HR teams and employees through smart automation and seamless integrations.

Role Description

As the Commercial Co-Founder, you will lead the business strategy, sales, and partnerships, driving PILLAR's growth in the HRTech and relocation industries. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant ownership, working alongside the technical founder to build and scale the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (HRTech, SaaS, or relocation industry is a plus).
  • Strong network in HR, enterprise, or corporate mobility sectors.
  • Experience in fundraising and pitching to investors (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to take ownership, build from scratch, and drive results.
  • Hands-on approach – comfortable in both strategic and execution roles in an early-stage startup.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills – ability to close deals and manage key relationships.
  • Background in business, sales, or related fields (MBA is a plus but not required).
