Your profile

• You have +7 year working experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager or similar tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Piwik Pro, Tealium iQ, Tealium Event Stream or Amplitude)
• You act as an agnostic and trusting sparring partner when consulting clients on the choice and application of technology
• You enjoy solving problems and you pay attention to details
• You are customer-focused, service-minded and able to build trust in your communication style
• You have completed a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT or similar, or have equivalent experience in a related technical field
• Previous experience in agile methodology, IT consulting, product analytics or enterprise architecture is a plus
• Last but not least, you enjoy partaking in social events with the team and company

The role

• Align product vision & strategy
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product on roadmap development and alignment with IIH Nordic A/S strategy.
  • Participate in Scrum events to ensure strategic priorities are met.
• Product backlog ownership & prioritisation
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog based on strategic input, delivery team requirements and clients wishes.
  • Gather product requirements through direct interaction with the Client Growth team and customers.
  • Develop and delegate development of features.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
  • Lead product demos for both technical and generalist audiences.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams.
• Mentorship & team development
  • Mentor and coach team members, appoint co-pilots, and ensure quality in client engagements.
  • Establish and uphold technical standards and best practices within the Implementation Engineering team.
• Implementation, consulting & client satisfaction
  • Lead implementation on client projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate sales through technology consulting and collaboration on project delivery with Engineers and Team Leads.
• Adaptation to Emerging Trends
  • Stay informed on digital analytics trends and technologies including, GA4 and GTM roadmap and privacy regulations, adjusting team standards accordingly.
  • Be in charge of Implementation Engineering best practices and technical standards.
