Senior Accountant
We are a leading accounting firm in Odense, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our clients' businesses. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide excellent service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or auditing role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and regulations
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Location:
This position is based in Odense, Denmark. Candidates must have authorization to work in Denmark.
