General Manager for UNITY Living in Finland

Are you an experienced Manager within the hospitality industry who is seeking a new adventure? Are you ready to be part of something different from a regular hotel, rental community, etc.? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you

As General Manager for Unity Finland, you will have overall responsibility for operations in Finland and for the guest experience and operation of UNITY Helsinki & UNITY Pyynikki Beach. So you can be based in the areas of both Helsinki and Tampere.

You will ensure a high-quality level so that the UNITY brand can continue to build on the successful launches from 2022 in Finland.

As General Manager, you will:

  • Function as a trusted advisor in relation to the sales and marketing strategies.
  • Gain operational insights (suppliers, configuration of operational systems and preparing activity/action).
  • Network with local business partners.
  • Have a motivated and empathic management style.
  • Recruit and develop new and current staff.
  • Be involved in financial responsibilities - forecasting, P&L responsibilities, budgets, cost accounting/analysis of operations.
  • Be responsible for creating a positive working environment (UNITY culture).
  • Build and develop a dynamic and flexible organization.

As General Manager you will also coordinate outsourced services including Housekeeping, property maintenance, security, catering as well as managing the contracts and suppliers and administration of both the property and its finances.
