Studio 3050 is not hiring employees. We're co-founding category-defining companies.

We're a venture growth team laser-focused on the maritime and shipping industry, and we've already developed an MVP that's starting to gain traction in the bunkering space.

Now, we're looking for a commercially minded Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to take it to the next level — someone who knows the bunker world inside out and can close deals, build partnerships, and grow revenue like it's second nature.

If you're a supplier, trader, surveyor, or commercial operator with hustle, vision, and serious industry connections — this is your shot to become a founder.

What You'll Do:

  1. Take over a validated MVP in the bunker space and scale it commercially
  2. Bring on strategic partners, close early deals, fundraise, and build trust across the industry
  3. Own go-to-market, sales, growth, and customer success
  4. Lead as CEO (or co-founder) and grow the venture beyond MVP
  5. Work hand-in-hand with Studio 3050 to refine product, raise capital, and build a team

You Might Be:

  1. A commercial operator, bunker trader, surveyor, or marine fuel expert with a strong network
  2. A hustler who can pick up the phone, get meetings, and close deals
  3. Someone who's felt the pain of outdated workflows and wants to fix it
  4. Comfortable in chaos — you're scrappy, proactive, and driven by results
  5. Business-savvy with a sharp sense of what customers want and what it takes to win them

Founder Workshop: Join Us in Copenhagen

We're hosting a 2-day in-person workshop between May 13–14, where selected candidates will be paired with other prospective EIRs and founders to jam on ideas, meet the Studio 3050 team, and explore what building together could look like. A small stipend will be provided to offset your travel and accommodation costs.
