In Global Installation & Commissioning, we focus on the development of On & Offshore Construction Strategies and Concepts as an important design parameter for present and future Wind Power Plant solutions. We provide best-in-class execution through construction improvements to advance safety, reduce time and cost, creating value for the operational teams on current and future execution projects.
We focus on co-development of current and future WTG platforms, ensuring that lessons learned and ideas from operational stakeholders are taken into account when developing current and future WTG platforms.

Sales > Digital Solutions > Global Customer Project Execution > Customer Project Execution Engineering

We support the implementation of concepts and new Wind Power Plant solutions through information sharing with stakeholders across the construction value chain, ensuring construction readiness with new strategies and concepts. Furthermore, we strive to learn, develop, and adapt based on best practices from both wind and other relevant industries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for offshore installation in forums within Global and Regional Construction, Technology, and Product Development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in turbine development projects and prototype deployment.
  • Act as a link between back office and project sites in execution.
  • Provide technical support in defining new concepts in Construction.
  • Provide technical support in redefining established concepts in Construction.

Qualifications

  • Technical background (Engineering, etc.).
  • Relevant electrical background, e.g., as a marine or electrical engineer.
  • Significant experience in Wind Turbine Generator design and operating WTGs.
  • High understanding of the completion phase.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.

Competencies

  • Extensive experience in Construction with a focus on commissioning.
  • Knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain a high focus on HSE.
  • Quality awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Fluent in English.
