About the role:As a Senior Developer, you will be a key player in a dynamic environment, collaborating with business consultants and project managers on our diverse projects. This role is not only about hands-on development and customization but also involves leading architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and alignment with future trends. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a varied project environment and is keen on building a substantial portfolio.
More specifically, you will…- Work with architects and business developers to design and deliver scalable solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are future-proof.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that technical solutions align with the overall business strategy.
- Work on the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and making robust solutions that the customers depend on every day.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives, aligning them with business goals and technology trends.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and thorough testing to maintain high coding standards and ensure the robustness of developed solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
- Proficiency in C# .NET, coupled with a robust background in Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Expertise in system and data integration, with a focus on cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing solution design and architecture within a software engineering position.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial but not a requirement.
