Vi søger en Expert Process Engineer. Du bliver en nøgleperson i A2X Engineering Team på vores mission om at levere succesfulde EPC-projekter til power-to-x-industrien og den grønne omstilling generelt.

Med din store indsigt i førende procesteknologier indenfor for power-to-x-industrien og med en udpræget "go-do" og "can-do" attitude, vil du være hovedansvarlig for procestekniske opgaver og udfordringer.

Dine kompetencer tager afsæt i procesdisciplinen, solidt understøttet af en bred viden over mod de øvrige ingeniørdiscipliner, samt evnen til at se projektet fra et fugleperspektiv.

Som Expert Process Engineer bliver du en integreret del af ingeniørafdelingen og er ansvarlig for teknisk vejledning og ekspertise til teamet i samarbejde med Expert Engineers for andre ingeniørdiscipliner. Du vil arbejde både selvstændigt og som en del af et team. Du har en naturlig interesse i at følge med i nye løsninger og teknologier via dit professionelle netværk og relevante uddannelsesinstitutioner.

Arbejdsansvar:

  • Håndtering af tekniske spørgsmål fra kunder under og efter projektudførelse.
  • Koordinering af projektaktiviteter med interne og eksterne interessenter såsom de øvrige discipliningeniører, projektledere, tekniske eksperter og kunder.
  • Tværorganisatorisk samarbejde under projekteksekveringen, i kundemøder og on-site.
  • Proces simulering, flowdiagrammer, styringsfilosofi, P&ID'er og manualer for prioriterede projekter.
  • Design af procesudstyr, valg af materialer og bidrag til instrumentering.
  • Teknisk sparring og støtte til kunden under review af PFD og P&ID, HAZOP.
  • Bidrage til udvikling af procedurer, retningslinjer og arbejdsgange.
  • Bidrage til CAPEX- og OPEX-analyser inden for procesdisciplinen.
  • Identificere områder, hvor processer kan optimeres, og give anbefalinger til forbedringer.
  • Validere processer for at sikre, at de opfylder krævede specifikationer og er i overensstemmelse med relevante regler og forskrifter.
  • Sikre, at alle processer er korrekt dokumenterede, og at procesrelaterede data er nøjagtige og opdaterede.
  • Overvåge procesperformance for at identificere problemer og komme med anbefalinger til forbedringer.
  • Håndtere procesrelaterede afvigelser, der opstår, og implementere korrigerende handlinger.
  • Sikre, at alle processer overholder de nødvendige sikkerhedsforskrifter, og at passende sikkerhedsforanstaltninger er effektueret.

Jobkrav:
Du har mindst en bachelorgrad i kemi, naturvidenskab eller et andet relevant felt. Du har +10 års erfaring inden for procesindustrien og +5 års erfaring inden for storskala EPC-projekter.

Du mestrer både dansk og engelsk på forhandlingsniveau, og er rutineret i brugen af Microsoft Office Word, Excel og Power Point.

Som person har du en udpræget "go-do" og "can-do" holdning, og er positivt indstillet overfor nye udfordringer og opgaver, uanset erfaring inden for det specifikke område. Du har et holistisk mind-set, en udpræget analytisk tilgang og formår at bryde komplekse problemstillinger ned i mindre dele.

Ideelt set har du en baggrund inden for den rådgivende ingeniørbranche, men har de seneste år primært arbejdet på kundesiden med rådgivningsvirksomheder som samarbejdspartner.

Du går ikke på kompromis med detaljer, og du har en evne til at spotte små fejl/uhensigtsmæssigheder og dermed sikre den optimale løsning.

Din evne til at arbejde i teams er afgørende. Du deler dine ideer og synspunkter, og er fuldt ud komfortabel med feedback. Du leder effektivt, og din tilgang inspirerer andre til at følge.

Du formår at arbejde med flere projekter simultant, er struktureret, kan prioritere dine opgaver og styre din tid effektivt. Du evner at træffe de nødvendige beslutninger, selv i kritiske øjeblikke.

Arbejdet inden for en ny og stadig uprøvet industri som power-to-x-industrien, kræver det at du kan tilpasse dig nye teknologier, værktøjer og metoder.
