Pandora is currently looking for a Student Assistant to join our Merchandise Planning team within Global Merchandising & Supply Chain. In this role, you will support the team in planning and coordinating new product launches, maintaining planning data, and providing analytical insights that help ensure successful product introductions across our global markets.
This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in merchandising, planning, and supply chain operations while developing a deeper understanding of how global product launches are planned, executed, and optimized. Working closely with stakeholders across Pandora's global organization, you will gain exposure to commercial decision-making, product performance, assortment planning, and cross-functional collaboration in one of the world's leading jewellery brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandise Planning team in day-to-day operational activities related to new product introductions (NPIs).
- Maintain and validate product, assortment, and planning data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations that support business insights and commercial decision-making.
- Support product launch processes and help track key milestones and deliverables across global markets.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies across planning tools and reports.
- Coordinate and consolidate inputs from global and regional stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation and planning guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize planning processes.
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Ideally have at least 1 year remaining of your studies.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Interested in retail, merchandising, consumer trends, and commercial performance.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized in your way of working.
- Analytical and curious, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks while working independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with stakeholders across different functions and markets.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Eager to learn and motivated by contributing to the successful launch of products in a global business.

Additional Information
- You are expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week on average (less during exam periods and more when possible).
- The role is based at Pandora's Global Office in Copenhagen and requires physical presence.
