THE POSITION

A unique opportunity to join STADA Nordic in this position. STADA Nordic is a part of an international company on an amazing growth journey. As this is a newly created position within the company, you will be able to influence and define the role yourself and have impact on your daily tasks.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Manager. As IT Manager, you will develop and implement best-in-class tools, practices, concepts, and standardized processes. The IT Manager will be part of a successful Nordic affiliate as well as a global team of IT professionals, ensuring that all technology systems and procedures meet the organization's needs and compliance standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in data and analytics and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This key role reports a solid line to the Nordic CFO and dotted line to the Global Director Nordics & UK IT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Application knowledge especially for Finance and Supply Chain processes in SAP.
2. Foster and implement global IT strategy and standards that align with the organization's goals.
3. Lead IT projects, such as conversion to SAP S/4HANA from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
4. Coordinate with various departments to identify and implement solutions for the Tendering department etc.
5. Liase with Global IT functions.
6. Manage relationships with external service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
7. Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and security.
8. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
9. Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with relevant regulations.
10. Prepare and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
11. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
12. Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests, enhancing user satisfaction.
13. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand processes and requirements and recommend data & analytics solutions that best fit their needs.
14. Solid knowledge of ETL processes, data flow, data aggregation, and data modeling – preferably based on SAP data, using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for the following candidate:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on business information technology.
2. Minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in managing and driving projects and solutions.
3. Experience with Tender business within the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Former experience with SAP ERP, preferably S/4HANA.
5. Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, system administration, and project management.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of turning complex business issues into actionable solutions.
7. Team-oriented, with a track record of successful collaboration in global and cross-functional environments.
8. Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and data protection regulations.
9. Fluent in English and preferred native language of Danish or other Nordic language.
