About the role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior to Expert level professional to support a large-scale Core Banking transformation. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in managing dependencies across multiple programs and service areas. You will join a highly skilled team working on one of the most significant projects in the financial services industry. In this position, you will gain deep insights into the digital transformation of banking systems, working with state-of-the-art tools and methodologies. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of banking services across the Nordics, ensuring that key strategic outcomes are achieved.

We are looking for

  • A professional with 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Someone who is confident in leading complex delivery initiatives and managing multiple dependencies.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial planning and reporting.
  • Experience working with core banking platforms (e.g., Temenos, SAP) and a solid understanding of digital transformation in the financial sector.
  • A strong communicator with proven skills in stakeholder management, including at executive and senior management levels.
  • Someone fluent in English both in writing and verbally.
  • Someone located in Copenhagen, Denmark, with Danish CPR.
