Bondora is seeking a CRM Manager to design and manage customer journeys across onboarding, repeat loans, and add-ons. You will rely on Braze and compatible platforms to segment, trigger, and QA messages while coordinating with Legal and Risk to ensure compliant communications.
You’ll own the measurement of success via business outcomes such as loan volumes and revenue, not just opens or CTRs, and you will work across multiple markets with localisable content.
