Fantastisk Men hvad bliver min rolle?
Som Customer Success Manager til FM er du ansvarlig for at etablere og vedligeholde vores stærke kunderelationer inden for Facility Management området. Med udgangspunkt i vores BIM-produkter hjælper du kunderne til mere digitale processer inden for dokumentation, vedligehold, renovering, space management, helpdesk service mm. Du vil få dine egne kunder og arbejde tæt sammen med salgskonsulenterne, vores supportteam, produktspecialister- og finance team for at sikre det høje niveau af kundetilfredshed og succes.

Sammen med dine kolleger bliver dit ansvar:

  • Introducere Dalux' produkter til potentielle FM kunder.
  • Assistere nye kunder med implementering og træning af hele produktporteføljen.
  • Teknisk support til de nuværende kunder og funktionssupport, når behovet opstår.
  • Deltage i netværksgrupper, messer og andre arrangementer.
  • Vidensdeling med dygtige kollegaer på tværs af landegrænser med vores andre kontorer.

Det er lige mig Hvordan kan jeg komme i betragtning?
Den ideelle kandidat er uddannet bygningskonstruktør eller Cand. Tech., og det vil være en fordel at have erfaring fra Facility Management området. Udover viden om driftsbranchen bør du have en god teknisk forståelse – særligt indenfor BIM. Alternativt har du et godt kendskab fra et brugersynspunkt samt dokumenteret erfaring med at arbejde med digitaliseringsværktøjer. Det motiverer dig at tage ansvar, dele din viden og lære undervejs.
