We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dedicated team. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting our leadership teams with key HR tasks, backed by our Wellbeing and Development partners and the rest of the HR department. You will join an international company focused on decarbonization and digitalization, currently undergoing an exciting and challenging transformation, moving big things to zero.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting a business area with a wide range of HR tasks. The tasks are diverse, and you will have ample opportunity to influence and take responsibility in your daily work. We have great respect and understanding for the business's needs and prioritize quality and high professionalism in our sparring and collaboration with the business areas.
We imagine that you:
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to your management teams through both strategy development and day-to-day support
- Advise and support managers on all personnel-related matters
- Engage in and drive annual HR processes such as organizational review, workforce planning, salary adjustments, and employee satisfaction surveys in your business areas and in general
- Develop, implement, and communicate new HR initiatives and processes
- Function as a change agent in both business and HR projects
Qualifications:
You are an HR Business Partner with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are accustomed to challenging HR-relevant decisions, guiding, and supporting our managers as best as possible on a daily basis. You thrive on making independent decisions, enjoy working with others, and exploring synergies. You are passionate about optimizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the entire HR palette in close collaboration with the rest of the team. Additionally, you have:
- A relevant master's degree with an interface to HR, such as cand. merc. jur or HRM
- Experience working in a structured manner, with an overview and ability to drive and facilitate processes from start to finish
- Thrive in the role of advisor and sparring partner at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-driven, with high energy and a good sense of humor
