We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen As a Junior Civil Engineer you will assist in the design construction and maintenance of various civil engineering projects You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time This is a part-time position suitable for freshers who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of civil engineering The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project proposals budgets and schedules
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop design plans and drawings
- Perform calculations and analysis related to structural design
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members clients and contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field or currently pursuing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or other relevant software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant codes regulations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month
Location
The role is based in Copenhagen but remote work may be possible on occasion
