- Leading and contributing to complex DC to Cloud migrations of the Atlassian products and Apps
- Leading and contributing to Atlassian‑based ITSM solutions
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting related to Atlassian environments
- Helping customers modernise their SDLC through automation, AI‑assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices using Atlassian Rovo and Claude
- Working alongside a team of experienced Atlassian professionals and staying up to date with the latest Atlassian products and trends in the field
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring for both customers and teammates
- Conducting training/workshops and technical documentation for customers in the use of Atlassian tools and best practices
Success factors
- Strong hands‑on technical experience with the Atlassian platform (Data Center and Cloud)
- Experience working with cloud technologies, enterprise environments, or digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations within modern DevOps ecosystems
- A solid understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering principles
- Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted software development and intelligent automation
- Familiar with Agile and ITSM concepts and tools
- Knowledge of ITSM and/or Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Physically residing in Sweden – we offer a flexible hybrid/remote working environment
Nice to have's
- Atlassian certifications or accreditations (e.g. ACP)
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure or AWS
- Experience using at least one scripting language or automation platform
- Experience working in consultancy environments
- Language skills: Swedish (at least basic would be nice to have), English (fluent)
What’s in it for you?
- The opportunity to work with some of the most recognised companies in the Nordics and Europe
- Exposure to a broad ecosystem of technologies beyond Atlassian, including GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Azure, and AI‑enabled SDLC tooling
- Upskill time and certification support
- A collaborative and supportive culture where diverse expertise and perspectives complement each other
- Flexible hybrid working scheme
- A social and international work environment with regular meetups, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and events
- Opportunities to grow your career across consulting, architecture, AI, cloud, and platform engineering
