Job Title Senior Architect Profession Architecture City Vejle Denmark
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vejle Denmark As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to all relevant regulations and standards
You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per week
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and construction process of various projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage a team of architects providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers contractors and clients
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
