Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor in Kolding Denmark you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of skilled masons to ensure successful completion of projects Your role will involve overseeing the construction and repair of various structures using brick stone concrete and other materials This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mason or in a similar supervisory role
• Expertise in construction techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physical strength and stamina to work in various weather conditions
• Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-EU nationals

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
• Ensure quality standards are met according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints plans and diagrams
• Train new masons on construction techniques and safety procedures
• Oversee the proper use of tools equipment and materials by the team
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure timelines are met
• Communicate with clients contractors and other stakeholders as needed
