Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we We are now looking for an experienced Information Management Specialist to be a part of the Information Management department, providing a high standard of data quality and compliance with the Information Management governance.
What will you do?
As our new Information Management Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team where commitment, collaboration and room for ideas are highly valued. Together we are supporting both departments and projects in managing documentation as well as providing system support.
You will play an important role in:
- Ensuring that the Information Management requirements are implemented in projects.
- Creating and maintaining structures within project documentation.
- Being an administrator in the Cadeler Document Management System (SharePoint) and Client systems.
- Collaborating with external parties and aligning project requirements concerning documents and systems.
- Managing physical documentation and retention of documents.
- Participating in onboarding and training of new project members.
- Providing overview of project documents in internal and external systems and supporting users in their daily document management.
- Being a part of our journey in developing and maintaining our information policy framework.

We are looking for a colleague with excellent client-facing and communication skills, who has experience at a super user level with document management systems including SharePoint. Someone who has strong stakeholder management skills as well as a natural interest in system usability and efficiency.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Have a Bachelor of Library and Information Science or similar.
- Have 5+ years' experience as an Information Management Specialist.
- Have proven working experience in the field of Records and Information Management.
- Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Have proficiency in international standards e.g. ISO.
- It is an advantage if you have prior experience in the offshore wind industry or project organisations.
