The position

We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks, ranging from:

• Manage End-to-End purchasing processes and support investment projects with indirect spend matters
• Establish and execute Indirect Procurement Plans
• Manage planned and ad-hoc purchasing requests
• Ensure procurement compliance and quality aspects
• Manage invoices and payment to suppliers.

As our new Purchasing Supporter, you will gain the responsibility for executing indirect spend within a portfolio of Investment Projects in collaboration with the rest of the team in PS API Procurement, as well as the stakeholders in the projects.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we see that you have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field
• Some experience from a similar position
• Understanding of purchasing processes and related tools
• Experience working with SAP, especially SAP MM, Coupa or similar procurement systems
• Fluency in English and ability to engage with stakeholders.

Experience in working with investment projects will be considered an advantage.

You are self-driven, can work independently and at the same time you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results. You are able to establish strong professional relations, internally and externally with relevant stakeholders, and you apply a pragmatic approach to solving issues.

Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while keeping an eye for the details.

Join a highly engaged and professional Business Support department which consists of 4 teams: API Manufacturing Finance, API Procurement, API Expansions Finance, and API BS Future Operation. Our department is diverse, inclusive, and committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. We aim to deliver high-quality support to our customers.

The department is in Kalundborg, Denmark where we strive to create a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
