Our team is growing, and we need Cloud Managers to help lead the teams of skilled people, develop and implement the strategy and lead our customers at the same time. Make your mark in a versatile and challenging job function with a large degree of responsibility and independence.

• You will be part of a business area of strong growth and will be responsible for a team of Cloud Transformation Leads.
• You will join the Cloud Leadership Team and be part of maturing the internal Cloud Center of Excellence as well as implementing the Hybrid Cloud Strategy for Aeven A/S.
• You will support your employees in their strategic, tactical, or execution work with our customers. You will also take up either strategic or program management on relevant customer cases. You will be budget responsible for your customers and your team.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including the IT department, management, and other relevant parties as well as close collaboration with customer key stakeholders, e.g. CIO, CEO, Business Unit Leaders, etc.

• People Management and development of skilled members of your team.
• Business Management and engagement in the strategy of the growth in the Hybrid Cloud Area and engaging with customers on relevant strategic and tactical assignments.
• Financial Management and responsibility for your customer and your team.
• You will adopt and further mature Aeven's Cloud Transformation Model and participate or lead proposals and sales within the Hybrid Cloud Area.
• Ensuring involvement and communication on all relevant levels at the customer and internally at Aeven.

• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business administration or related fields.
• Preferably 10+ years of experience with management in a consulting, cloud or IT service provider setting.
• Base knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud orchestration or designs.
• Preferably experience leading IT projects and/or cloud journeys through a Service Provider or Consulting Company or as part of the IT Department or CCoE in a corporate organization with a mature IT strategy and/or cloud ambition.
• Experience within stakeholder management and a desire to be engaging, leading and advising customers through the process of assessing, designing, building and validating new cloud services and solutions.
• The necessary empathy and understanding of how to motivate and lead your team.
• Ability to work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results through personal leadership.
• You see opportunities where others may see challenges and you know how and where to direct your communication. You are open-minded and enjoy intellectual sparring and knowledge sharing.
• Analytical thinking and ability to see the bigger picture. You can set the direction and can lead by motivation. You are a constant and fast learner. You must have good English skills both orally and in writing.

If you know or have been leading cloud transformation journeys in a Cloud Adoption Framework and have experience in establishing and maturing CCoE it is a definite plus.
