This is a Try & Hire assignment, where the right candidate can transition into a permanent position after the interim period.
The Interim Head of Accounting will play a key role in the company’s daily operations and future development — with significant opportunity to shape and optimize processes, particularly through increased digitalization of the accounting function. Efficiency, simplicity, and automation are core goals.
You will join a highly dedicated team of skilled and professional colleagues.
The accounting team currently includes a controller and student assistants.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of annual and half-year financial reports
- Mature and expand the current accounting structure
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Handle monthly reporting and declarations
- Perform reviews, checks, and accruals
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Drive digitalization and process improvements across workflows
