Head of IT

Continia is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of IT & Business Systems to spearhead the strategy, implementation, and management of our internal technology ecosystem. About your role

You will be a driving force in shaping Continia's technology landscape. Leading our IT & Business Systems team, you will guide the strategy and evolution of our IT infrastructure, security, and business-critical applications. This includes everything from our ERP platform and CRM system to our data warehouse and public-facing websites. You will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure technology empowers our growth.

What you will be doing:

1. Inspire and lead by mentoring and developing the IT & Business Systems team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. Manage and evolve Continia's IT infrastructure and security on Microsoft Azure, including Office 365, ensuring its continuous evolution.
3. Guide the development and maintenance of our data platform (Databricks) and business intelligence systems.
4. Collaborate on the strategy and evolution of business applications such as our CRM and ERP systems, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
5. Drive the integration of our various systems and platforms to ensure a cohesive and efficient technology ecosystem.
6. Partner with marketing and commercial teams on the technical roadmap and development of Continia's public-facing websites, including our main website and partner website (PartnerZone).
7. Work with our Legal & Compliance team to refine our programs and ensure alignment with industry best practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, CIS8).
8. Drive alignment by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions effectively support business needs and drive strategic goals.

About you

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

We imagine you have the following qualifications and characteristics:

1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, and data management.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
